This bookstore will be located in Nakai, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Sanshiro Takagi, Kota Ibushi & 2 of the bookstores representatives were in the ring for the press conference and it was announced that there is going to be DDT Offer Match between Takagi & Ibushi at the bookstores inaugural event. The Nuru Nuru Brothers opened the show with Michael Nakazawara challenging the Suicide Boyz for their newly won KO-D Tag Team Title at the May 5th, Tokyo Korakuen Hall show. However, Tomomitsu Matsunaga reminded him that MIKAMI was already scheduled for a match on that show, as he will be teaming with Jushin Thunder Liger from New Japan, to take on the team of Kota Ibushi & Daichi Kakimoto. Belt Hunter Hunter members, Danshoku Dieno & Masa Takanashi came out called out KUDO & Yasu Urano and GENTARO & Hoshitango. GENTARO & Hoshitango came out and started reading a comic book and ignored everything that was going on in the ring. Dieno proposed the idea of another tag league, but this league being over the #1 contendership of the KO-D Tag Team Title. He told KUDO & Urano that since they came in second place at the KO-D Tag Team Title League, then they should not participate in this league. He also stated that this league could be called the DDT League and that it could start today and end at the May 5th, Tokyo Korakuen Hall show. This quickly brought out DDT president, Sanshiro Takagi, who told Dieno that that's a silly idea as there was a tag league not too long ago, but Dieno replies by telling him that this is going to be a different league. Takagi denies Dieno's idea of another league and leaves. Dieno then stated that this is pro-wrestling and that he wants to challenge for the KO-D Tag Team Title, so the league will start today. This brings out Naoshi Sano & Guts Ishijima. Sano tells Dieno that they want a chance to participate in this league and Dieno accepts. It all culminates in an unofficial tag league, with the winning teams facing in the finals on May 5th, at Tokyo Korakuen Hall. After the fourth match, there was a contract signing between Kota Ibushi & PSYCHO for their upcoming Independent Jr. Heavyweight Title match, which will take place on May 5th at the K-DOJO Chiba Blue Field show. Before the fifth match, Sanshiro Takagi was shown backstage with his main event tag team partners. Takagi tells them that they have to cooperate today and that the May 5th, 5 WAY Match for the KO-D Openweight Title should be a Gorilla Death Match, where everyone should wear a gorilla suit, but Yoshiaki Yago disagrees and tells him it should be a Tomiyama Death Match and then Yukinori Matsui interrupts and says that the winner of todays main event gets the chance to name the stipulation for the 5 WAY Match. Due to Metal Vampire's victory, Yukinori Matsui was able to chose the stipulation for the 5 WAY Match and he announced that the stipulation would be that he would be the referee the match.
