Hard Hit is a DDT affiliated brand and it's mains purpose is to showcase worked shoot style wrestling matches. It's main ace is Kota Ibushi and the fights are worked under pro-wrestling rules with a point system.

Since debuting on March 16, 2008, Hard Hit has showcased some really solid fights and has gained a lot of attention, as their shows seem to receive lots of coverage from different places.

Hard Hit Rules:

Every fighter starts each fight with 5 points.

Every time a fighter gets knocked down or uses the ropes to escape a submission, he will lose a point.

If a fighter loses all of his points, then he loses by TKO.

Fighters can also lose a fight by getting pinned, submitting or by getting knocked out.
